We had a great experience staying at this hotel. My room was ready when I arrived. We appreciated the daily baked cookies and the coffee. Breakfast was good, the beds were very comfortable and we are large people. The pillows were some, if not, the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. The room was clean, quiet, cozy and we had no issues overall. Great location and safe parking lot. I truly truly appreciated the night light feature in the bathroom outlets. I have to always take a night light with us but I left home in rush so I forgot to take it! To my surprise the bathroom outlet had a night light feature. These people thought about everything!! We will be back!
We stayed in a suite for 4 nights with our family of 4, including a teenager. We visit family every Spring and have stayed at a number of different places in the DFW area and this hotel was the best one yet. It was in a great location, not too far from anything. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. Room was very clean and spacious with extra seating, which is a big plus for us. Beds & pillows were comfortable. The 24 hour access pool was great. It was fairly large, very clean, and the water temp was perfect. The outdoor patio is also very nice for relaxing. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. The cookies at the front desk were awesome and the customer service was fabulous as well. We will definitely stay here again!
A very clean and comfortable hotel with great service staff that were very helpful. The beds are comfortable and we were given recommendations on several good restaurants nearby. Very happy with the service and accommodations!
Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Even had fresh baked cookies upon check-in. Although 1 block off the highway, it is blocked from highway noise by the Hurst police and municipal complex. Felt private while still being in the middle of the DFW Metroplex. The TV even welcomed us by name.
Had a great stay here during a brief trip to Dallas. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable, and I got a great night's sleep and that fantastic Hampton Inn breakfast. Thank You! Also lots of great places to grab lunch/dinner question easy walking distance.

We stayed here for four nights and overall had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the first room we were placed in was very hot and didn’t cool down properly. We called the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room that was much more comfortable. The rest of our stay went smoothly, and we really appreciated how responsive the staff was in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay here again!
I had a terrible experience at another hotel, so I switched mid trip to the Hampton Inn & Suites. All of the front desk staff that I interacted with were very kind. My room was clean, quiet, and large. The fire pit area is also very nice. I did not utilize the pool, but they said it was open 24hrs which is a nice feature. They had the typical breakfast which was fine for me, I just had toast and coffee. I will likely stay here again on my next DFW trip.
